The Forum Development Group properties include The Forum Shopping Center, The Nifong Shopping Center, The Broadway Shops, the Broadway Bluffs, The Vandalia MarketPlace and most recently Discovery. The Forum Shopping Center is one of Columbia’s most established destinations anchored by Schnucks Supermarket. The Nifong Shopping Center is home to Gerbe’s Supermarket and is located in the quickly expanding Nifong corridor. The Broadway Shops and the Broadway Bluffs are located at the corner of Broadway and busy Highway 63 and host a wide range or local, regional and national tenants. The Vandalia MarketPlace on Highway 54 in Vandalia, Missouri is the gathering location for the region given it is the only shopping center within a 20-mile radius. Discovery is a 225 acre planned mixed-use community consisting of commercial, office and residential space. Discovery is located along Highway 63 across from the University of Missouri's Discovery Ridge Research Park and next to A. Perry Phillips park and lake.
